Hello my fellow people! If there are any... " hey listen! Hey LISTEN!!!"
I'm back with some new Nommy snacks! This time its with Nameko Saibai!
If you do not know who he is, Google him! But if your lazy I suppose I'll explain. He is a mushroom or Fungus ( Or how I call him "Fungi") and he is a character from a DS game which is also a game on the iPhone (The game is called Touch detective... in case you wanted to know) In the game he is like a side kick to the main character in the game, but on the iPhone he gets his own game, where you grow him. Yes you grow Fungus... (Yaa!) and when you grow him he sprouts into different versions of himself like a cat, a king, a ghost, the list goes on.
Alright enough chit chat on to the snacks themselves! Whoosshh...~!
I got these snacks yesterday at Koreatown thats no where near my area, but I happen to be there and I stopped by P.A.T. Supermarket (If you follow me its the same place where I got the chocolate cornet!)
Lets start off with the first box I got!
Nothing to say really, but nice box design though! :3
Here are all the characters I got! I ate one before the picture was taken, so... they might be a missing new character that I missed, Haha!
Note: That snake picture is a rub sticker (cool eh?)
They just taste like regular sweet biscuit treats, like those animal crackers but a bit thinner, still crunchy though. :] I give a + for the fun pictures. I don't know how the little points on crackers work, on the back of the box, it "said" (I can not read Japanese characters... I'm just guessing through the pictures they provivded) that depending on the character you get you get a certain amount points say if you have A and X together its a good combo but if you have Y and W its a low combo... Ya I don't know. I'm just gonna eat them *munches*
Price: $1.49 CDN regular price is $3.?? something... They were on sale :D

Again love the box design! This box came with a rub on sticker pictured up along with the other crackers, each box will have a surprise sticker for you! What is pictured on the box will not be the sticker you will get :]
OH MAI GAWD! I love these the best! Its like eating chocolate milk in biscuit format! They have a blend of rice puff cracker with sugary chocolately-ness.... Ahaha.... Made that word up! You can't just have one... you will eat several of these boxes at once.

Last but not least! Nurungji rice candy!
I picked these up on a whim, they're pretty good, sometimes its good eating or getting snacks blindfolded, you discover something you wouldn't normally see or eat! Plus they were on sale, so why not! :D
When I first popped them in my mouth... the first taste and smell was rice! like scorched rice, then it turned sweet. I believe they are acquired taste, its either you like it or you don't or you think they're ok. I like them! I think its something of a taste you can and/or will get use too or I'm just Asian and this rice flavour is whatever (the flavour is familiar to me so it doesn't taste weird) to me :P But give them a try if you don't like them, give them to some Asian friend you know, if you don't have a Asian friend or Asians are not normally inhabit your area.... well give them to some kid you know.. and run away... run just run, go, GO!!
